Sportscar Maintenance

Exotic sports cars deserve special care to provide a maximum of fun and reliability. Our service crew consists of highly trained motorsport mechanics. A regularly maintainance ensures that your car stays in a perfect condidtion and secures a good value retention.

As an official Lotus- and Caterham Workshop, we have all the necessary, brand-specific tools and diagnostics for doing professional maintainance work on your car.

20 years of experience help us to know all the quirks and features of your Lotus or Caterham, our motorsport DNA forces us to do our work based on the highest quality standards.

(Accident-) Repair

Where wood is chopped, splinters must fall...

If you drive a sportscar as intended, a misadventure or some "enemy contacts" may happen.

We repair all internal and external damages of your Lotus or Caterham with lots of motorsport experience and real craftmanship - if desired, we reinforce critical structures during the repair work so that the repaired car leaves our workshop maybe even in a better shape than it came out of the factory.

If desired, we can also do all the paperwork with your insurance for you.

Engine- and Gearbox-repair

High-Performance engines and gearboxes have to whithstand extreme forces. If a damage occurs, many workshops tend (maybe because of the lack of experience with such parts) to exchange the whole unit, even without any attemt to repair it. In frequent cases, the engine or gearbox is repairable and sometimes can even be improved compared to the oem component - this is why we always take a closer look on broken engines and gearboxes.

Our mechanics are highly trained and experienced specialists who often can do some magic and get seemingly totaled engines or gearboxes back on the road.

Spare & Upgrade parts

We exclusively use well tested and high-quality OEM spareparts and tuning-parts of OEM-level quality (or better).

Some components need special skills for installation and setup and have to be fitted at our workshop, but a high number of our upgrade- and spare-parts are plug&play, easy to install and can be shipped worldwide.

Dynamometer

With our state-of-the-art AWD dynamometer (DynoJet 424XLC2) we can precisely measure power outputs of up to 2000 hp per drum (up to 1200 hp per drum with engaged link-system) at speeds of up to 320kph. This dyno is an important factor for developing and testing our upgrade-solutions.

Free slots of dyno-time can also be rent by professional external users.
