In the OEM Lotus engine, cylinder 1 and 6 are flow restricted by design (about 10% worse flow on outlet port compared to the other cylinders). This causes an unnecessary loss of performance. 

The JUBU CNC cylinder head processing 2GR-FE gets rid of this restriction (after processing only 1-2% worse flow compared to the other cylinders) and unleashes additional power. The design for our cylinder head processing was precisely developed on a flow bench and focusses on optimizing the outlet port.

The OEM inlet ports are already pretty well designed and can only be improved in a less significant way (5-7%). If you want to have an additional processing of the inlet ports, please choose this via "options"

• CNC-Processing of your cylinder heads (you send your cylinder heads to our place and we do the processing. Option: if you are in a hurry, we can also deliver already processed heads in exchange)

NOTE: If you are in a hurry, we can also deliver already processed heads in exchange. In this case we would ask for a 600 € deposit per cylinder head before sending our cylinder heads to your place. After receiving your OEM cylinder heads, we will fully refund the deposit.
