JUBU HJS HD sports catalytic converter
We've developed the JUBU HJS HD sports catalytic converter especially for the Lotus V6 exhaust system. We've designed the diameters and angles of the cones by using CFD-simulations and have optimized them in lots of dyno runs and during tests on roads and tracks. Now, we have an optimal flow for the 200-cell HJS monolith which can work in a high efficient way with a minimum of flow restrictions.

Details
- Designed with CFD-Simulations, tested and optimized on dyno and race track

- Precisely and formed welded (also round weld without burrs at the inside of the pipes for an optimized flow)
- The components of the JUBU Y-Pipe are (in difference to products of most other manufacturers) not plugged into each other (which is heavier and has a negative effect on the flow), but flat/blunt welded (which is optimal for an efficient flow and reduces weight)

NOTE: You can install the JUBU HD HJS sports catalytic converter in combination with the OEM Y-Pipe as well as with the optimized JUBU stainless steel Y-Pipe. The catalytic converter can be built with flanges or for V-Band clamps (please let us know your preferences)
ATTENTION: If you use any optimized catalytic converter (as for example ours) an adaptation of the ECU-software is mandatory! Our spezialized engineers can apply the correct mapping for your car/power output. If there are no adaptations applied, engine failures/damages can happen!
