In the OEM-setup, the gearbox cooling system is connected to/operated by the charge cooling unit. This reduces the efficiency of the charge cooler and leads to unnecessarily high charge cooling temperatures which cause a loss of engine performance as well as higher wear and tear.

The JUBU charge cooling hose upgrade kit connects the gearbox cooling directly to the engine cooling system and in this way liberates the charge cooling system from its OEM gearbox cooling task. This leads to lower charge air temperatures, higher engine performance and less wear and tear. For the (compared to the charge cooling unit) much bigger engine cooling system it is no big deal to also run the gearbox cooling system.

The moulded silicone hoses of the JUBU kit are especially designed to fit perfectly for the Emira engine and its engine bay (lengths, bends, diameters, etc.). The kit is pretty easy to install and can also be uninstalled without leaving any mark on the car. For hard trackdays or race-usage as well as for cars mainly driven in hot climate regions, the JUBU cooling upgrade 2GR with an upgraded waterpump pulley and a new thermostat will additionally help to keep your engine performative and healthy.
