JUBU Upgrade engine valves 2GR-FE (Set)
The OEM engine valves originally were designed to fit in Toyota cars and they also work pretty well in OEM Lotus sportscars - but if you improve the power output of your Lotus engine and/or do hard trackdays, the OEM valves can't handle the permanent higher temperatures and the higher mechanical loads for a long time. Especially the valves on the exhaust side tend to break - this leads (in most cases) to massive damages of the engine.
To prevent such failures, we've developed our JUBU upgrade engine valves. The outlet valves are made out of INCONEL (Inco) which is much more heat resistant than other materials. All valves (inlet and outlet) also go through a special hardening process during production - this makes them more resistant for mechanical forces and helps to reduce friction at the valve guides.
