The OEM rod bearings of the 2GR-FE V6 engine are durable and totally fine for normal street-use purposes. 

For trackdays and racing purposes with permanent heavy duty driving, we recommend our JUBU upgrade rod bearings. The special coated bearings are super-durable and ensure a stable performance.
